Some units require assembly depending on the make and model ordered. Assembly completion varies between 50% to 90%.

Parts that may require assembly include, but are not limited to:

• Fenders
• Front and/or rear tires
• Handlebars
• Racks
• Other necessary components

Customers are responsible for completing assembly and ensuring all parts are properly secured before use.

Shipping Coverage: We ship within the United States.

Exclusions: Shipping is not available to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order to receive a shipping quote.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available.

Lift Gate Service: A lift gate fee of $99 will apply for freight deliveries requiring lift gate service. This is typically needed for residential deliveries without a loading dock or forklift.

Return Policy

Please note: All sales are final.

There is no cooling-off period. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, and proof of damage must be provided within 72 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item.

If the MCO/Title is not included in the package, it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive after purchase.
